 (includes but is not limited to):
 
  • 2 meetings with couple to discuss details 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding 
  • Unlimited email and phone communications
  • Confirm details with vendors 1-2 weeks prior to your wedding day
  • Create detailed event timeline for vendors
  • Review of all vendor contracts
  • Compile contact list of all key people
  • Wedding day checklists, itinerary and timeline
  • Confirm all arrangements with vendors including arrival time and set up requirements
  • Attend final venue walkthrough and confirm room set up and event timeline with venue staff
  • Assist as needed in finalizing seating arrangements for ceremony and reception
  • Attendance at your ceremony rehearsal
  • Coordination of your ceremony rehearsal
  • Create wedding day timeline for family and bridal party
  • Organize processional line up
  • Assist with the transition from ceremony to reception
  • On site direction of ceremony, photos, reception
  • Oversee scheduled events at the reception and special moments such as grand entrance, speeches, first dance, cake cutting etc. and ensure they comply with couples expectations and timing
  • Confirm all vendors have arrived and are set and ready to go at their scheduled time
  • Confirm that DJ/band has pre-determined list of songs and knows the order of play
  • Ensure that gifts, toasting glasses, etc. are given to the designated parties at the end of the evening for transport
  • Final payment to vendors 
  • Wedding day emergency kit
  • Coordination on your wedding day for a maximum of 10 consecutive hours 
 
 
Custom packages are set according to the specifications of the Client using the above services as a guide. Pricing for custom packages vary per client.
